  I will do whatever it takes to file a formal complaint, for their service (this is the official taxi service, hence a public service) and for not having provided me with a complaint form when I asked for it.

  When I asked for a complaint form they said they did not have any and that the "director was on a trip and had taken the complaint forms with him". Unbelievable.

  Lack of profesionalism among some taxi drivers. They tend to talk too much about politics, basically monologues.

  They said that it was perfectly feasible and I followed every step to complete the booking. I got a confirmation email and when I arrived today (16/8) I was told that I had to pay for two taxis because there were 5 of us.... And that their confirmation wasn't a confirmation but an email where I had expressed my needs.

  Booked a return trip for the 5 members of my family in May. I spoke on the phone to them and insisted on the fact that we were travelling with the kids so I would need the special chairs.

  When I asked the for a solution I got different excuses like "you should have paid for this service in advance", something I was never told to do.

  Just appalling. What is the point of pre-booking a taxi when you arrive at 1.15am only to be told that there's no taxi available and they are trying to find one. 25 minutes later and still no sign. Need to be up for work tomorrow at 7am. NEVER AGAIN

  Then they told me that the price for a minivan to fit us all was 120 euros (when on the phone and on paper I had agreed to 194 for the return trip) and then offered to "try" and find me a minivan, and the return trip would be 270 euros (not 120 x 2).
